Sponsored by partners Home Instead Senior Care and the Oakland County Sheriff's Office, the Operation Medicine Cabinet™ mission is to encourage the removal of expired, unused and potentially harmful prescription drugs from medicine cabinets and the hands of potentially unauthorized or unsuspecting users.  Through the safe and proper disposal of these medications, we are helping to prevent them from polluting our water supply and other precious natural resources.  We are providing drop-off locations that are convenient to help prevent the elderly, children, and pets from accidental ingestion or the illegal abuse of prescription drugs.
